Booth Space Draw Set | April 22nd, 2025 |
 On Tuesday, April 29, ICAS will begin allocating exhibit hall space for the 2025 ICAS Convention, which will take place December 8 -11 at Paris Las Vegas. This marks the fifth consecutive year that ICAS has used a virtual seniority-based system to select booth locations. As in past years, exhibitors will select their booth(s) based on seniority, with selection windows opening every 15 minutes. Sponsors of the 2024 Convention will select first.
All 2024 exhibitors have been emailed detailed instructions for the booth draw, and a reminder email will be sent prior to the selection date. Booths measure 10 feet by 10 feet, and exhibit booth pricing for the 2025 ICAS Convention is $850 for a standard booth, $875 for a premium booth, and $900 for a superior booth.
Booth payments will again be made in two installments, but this payment option is only available to those who reserve during the online priority booth draw. All booth deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
