Convention Registration to Open Next Week

Registration for the 2025 ICAS Convention, scheduled for December 8–11 at Paris Las Vegas, is expected to open on Tuesday, April 22 at 12:01 a.m. EDT. At that time, ICAS members may initiate the convention registration process using this link. 

As it has for the last several years, ICAS will offer its deepest registration discount to our earliest registrants. This year, that’s a rate of $565, $100 of which will be rebated to delegates who reserve a room for at least three nights in the ICAS room block at Paris Las Vegas, yielding an effective rate of $465 for those who grab the lowest rate. ICAS is again utilizing a dynamic pricing structure, which means registration rates are limited by time and quantity. So don’t wait if you are looking to get the absolute best rate available.

This year’s convention will begin on Sunday, December 7, with the day-long Air Force Open House Workshop. It will continue Monday with multiple day-long and half-day long workshops, exhibitor booth set-up, and our traditional Welcome Reception. The opening general session (with the announcement of military performance schedules) and the first exhibit sessions of the convention will take place on Tuesday, December 9. Additional exhibit sessions, educational programs, and our luncheon will be held on Wednesday, December 10. Hotel rooms at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino are available at a discounted rate of $199/night. ICAS has again negotiated a waiver of the $54.95/night resort fee for those reserving within the block. You can find out more and book your convention hotel room here.
